These Terms & Conditions apply when you use yphora.com or purchase products from Yphora. Please read them carefully before placing an order.
By placing an order through our website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by these Terms.

Our Products
Yphora is an art-led lifestyle brand offering products featuring distinctive artwork and designs. Product descriptions, dimensions, materials, available options and other relevant information are provided on individual product pages.
We make reasonable efforts to display our products, artwork and colours as accurately as possible. However, the way colours appear can vary depending on your screen, device settings and the printing or production process. Small variations in colour, positioning or finish may occur as part of the production process.
Nothing in this section affects your rights if a product is faulty, damaged, materially different from its description or otherwise fails to meet applicable consumer law requirements.
Made-to-Order Products
Many Yphora products are produced after an order is placed rather than being held in large quantities of pre-produced stock. We work with specialist production and fulfilment partners in different locations to manufacture and dispatch our products.
Our use of production or fulfilment partners does not change your contract with Yphora or any consumer rights you may have against us as the seller.
A standard Yphora product being made to order does not, by itself, mean that it is a personalised or bespoke product for the purposes of your statutory cancellation rights.
Prices
Product prices are shown on our website in the currency displayed. Where required, applicable taxes will be included or clearly shown before you place your order.
Delivery charges and any other charges payable to Yphora will be shown during checkout before you submit your order.
Prices may change from time to time, but a price change will not normally affect an order that we have already accepted.
Placing an Order
When you place an order through Yphora, you are offering to purchase the products shown in your order.
Please check your order carefully before submitting it, including the product, size, design, quantity, delivery address and contact details.
After you place an order, we will send you an email acknowledging that we have received it. An order acknowledgement does not necessarily mean that we have accepted your order.
A contract between you and Yphora is formed when we confirm that your order has been accepted or when we dispatch the product to you, whichever occurs first.
Payment
Payment must be made using one of the payment methods offered during checkout. By providing payment information, you confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.
Payment may be authorised or collected when you place your order. Taking payment does not prevent us from cancelling and refunding an order where we have a legitimate reason not to accept it.
Order Acceptance & Availability
Occasionally we may be unable to accept or fulfil an order. This may happen, for example, if:
- A product or selected option is unavailable
- We cannot obtain authorisation for your payment
- We identify an obvious pricing or product description error
- We are unable to deliver to the address provided
- Our production partner is unable to manufacture the product
- We reasonably suspect fraudulent or unauthorised activity
If we cannot accept your order, we will let you know and will refund any amount you have paid for products that we cannot supply.
Delivery
Production times, estimated delivery times, tracking information and international delivery information are explained in our Shipping & Returns Policy.
Delivery dates are estimates unless we expressly agree a guaranteed delivery date. We will take reasonable steps to deliver your order within the timeframe communicated to you and in accordance with applicable consumer law.
Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address. If you realise that you have entered incorrect information, contact us as soon as possible at [email protected]. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered production or been dispatched.
Cancellations & Returns
Your cancellation and return rights depend on your location, the type of product purchased and the reason for the return.
UK consumers purchasing eligible standard products online normally have the right to cancel within 14 days after receiving their goods. EU consumers purchasing eligible products online also normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal.
Australian customers do not have an automatic statutory right to return a product simply because they have changed their mind. However, rights under the Australian Consumer Law continue to apply where applicable.

Personalised & Custom-Made Products
Some Yphora products may be genuinely personalised or created to your individual specifications. These may include selected Custom Studio products incorporating names, dates, photographs, pet portraits, customer-supplied artwork or other individual customisation.
Where permitted by applicable law, genuinely personalised or bespoke products may be excluded from statutory change-of-mind cancellation or withdrawal rights.
This does not affect your rights if a personalised product is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied, not as described or otherwise fails to comply with applicable consumer law.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products
If a product arrives damaged, faulty, incorrectly supplied or materially different from its description, please contact [email protected] with your order number and details of the problem.
We may ask for photographs or other information to help us investigate the issue quickly. Any such request does not remove or restrict your statutory rights.
Depending on the circumstances and the consumer law that applies, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund, price reduction or another appropriate remedy.
UK Consumer Rights
If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom, nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts any statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
This includes your rights in relation to goods that are faulty, not of satisfactory quality, not fit for purpose or not as described, as well as statutory cancellation rights that apply to eligible distance purchases.
European Union Consumer Rights
If you are a consumer in the European Union, these Terms do not remove any mandatory consumer protection rights available to you under applicable EU or national law.
EU consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for eligible distance purchases and a minimum two-year legal guarantee for goods that are faulty or do not conform to the contract. Some EU countries may provide additional rights.
Australian Consumer Rights
If the Australian Consumer Law applies to your purchase, our goods come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded.
Where a product fails to meet an applicable consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund or other remedy depending on the nature and seriousness of the problem.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any Australian Consumer Law right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded, restricted or modified.
Promotions, Discount Codes & Offers
From time to time, Yphora may offer promotions or discount codes. Additional conditions may apply to an individual promotion and will be communicated with the offer.
Unless otherwise stated, discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash, applied retrospectively to completed orders or combined with other promotions. We may refuse or cancel a promotional code where we reasonably believe it has been used fraudulently, unlawfully or contrary to the terms of the promotion.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the artwork, designs, photographs, graphics, logos, text, branding, website content and other materials appearing on Yphora are owned by or licensed to Yphora and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may access and use our website for your own personal, non-commercial purposes.
You must not reproduce, commercially exploit, sell, licence, distribute, modify or republish Yphora artwork, designs or other protected content without our prior written permission, except where the law permits you to do so.
Reviews & User Content
If you submit a product review, photograph, comment or other content to Yphora, you confirm that you have the right to submit it and that it does not infringe another person’s intellectual property, privacy or other legal rights.
You must not submit content that is unlawful, abusive, defamatory, fraudulent, misleading or otherwise inappropriate.
By submitting content for publication on Yphora, you give us permission to display and reproduce that content for the purpose for which it was submitted, including displaying a review alongside the relevant product. We may moderate or remove user content where reasonably necessary.
Third-Party Websites
Our website may contain links to websites or services operated by third parties. These links are provided for convenience or additional information. We do not control third-party websites and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.
Website Availability
We aim to keep yphora.com available and accurate, but we cannot guarantee that the website will always operate without interruption or technical errors.
We may occasionally need to update, maintain or temporarily suspend parts of the website. This does not affect any rights you have in relation to an order already placed.

Sometimes an event outside our reasonable control may affect our ability to manufacture or deliver an order. This could include significant transport disruption, natural disasters, industrial action, failures affecting delivery networks or other events that we could not reasonably prevent.
If this happens, we will take reasonable steps to minimise the effect on your order and will contact you where appropriate. Nothing in this section removes any cancellation, refund or other rights that you have under applicable consumer law.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time, for example to reflect changes to our products, website, business practices or legal requirements.
The Terms that apply to your purchase will normally be those in force when you place your order. We will not retrospectively change the terms of an existing order in a way that unfairly reduces your consumer rights.
Governing Law & Your Rights
Unless applicable mandatory consumer law provides otherwise, these Terms and any contract between you and Yphora are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
If you are a consumer living outside England and Wales, this clause does not deprive you of any mandatory consumer protections available under the law of the country in which you live where those protections apply to your purchase.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to prevent a consumer from bringing a claim in a court that they are entitled to use under applicable consumer law.
