1. Choose your product and upload your design
Browse Custom Studio, choose your product and select your size and colour where available. Upload your artwork or photo, then complete your order.
For the best result, use your original, high-resolution file. Check the product’s upload instructions for accepted file types and sizes.
2. Receive your digital preview
After you’ve placed your order, we’ll prepare a digital preview showing your design on your chosen product and send it to the email address you used at checkout.
Keep an eye on your inbox, including your junk or spam folder.
3. Check and approve your design
Take a moment to check the image, spelling, dates and placement. Reply to our email to approve the preview or tell us what you’d like adjusted.
Your item will only go to print after you’ve approved the preview.
4. We’ll make and send your item
Once you’ve approved your design, we’ll send it into production. Your finished item will then be shipped to your delivery address.
Please allow time for preview preparation and your approval as well as production and delivery. A delay in approval will delay the start of production.
Before you order
- Choose a clear image. Small, blurry or heavily compressed files may not print well. Upload the highest-quality version you have.
- Check you have permission. Only upload artwork or photos you own or have permission to reproduce.
- Use your preview as a guide. It shows your design and its placement. Colours may vary slightly between your screen and the finished product.
- Plan ahead for gifts. Allow extra time for the preview and approval process, especially when ordering for a wedding, birthday or other special date.
- Check delivery availability. We ship to the UK and USA only. Availability varies by product.
